We work with over 3,500 women and youth outgrowers in the cultivation of groundnuts, maize, soybeans, sorghum and cowpea in Northern Region.  We support the outgrowers to create livelihood and provide market channel for their produce.  As the Chief of Sakoya in the Mion District, the CEO of Tibzaa has access to over 15,850 acres of land for multi crop farming and has constructed a dam to provide water to eleven (11) communities with the opportunity to use it for supplementary and off-season farming.

Tibzaa Outgrower scheme currently focuses on working with women and youth within the Mion, Nanton, Karaga Districts. The anchor to the Outgrower scheme is a ‘hands on Training’ provided by Tibzaa to the communities.
